With a background in the electrical trades area, Mark spent many years working with Hilton Hotels and Conrad Jupiters as an Audio Visual Technician before establishing Coastal Productions in 1989 with Gary. His knowledge of convention centre operations and show production brings a wealth of experience to the production and management of quality events focused on creative design.

Gary Looke (Founder)
Director
Gary spent many years working with Conrad Jupiters in convention centre operations. His creativity in set design and innovative solutions for events ensures repeat business from clients that constantly require innovative events. Gary's experience when dealing with infrastructure and logistical requirements for large off-site events has allowed Coastal Productions to expand its business.

Ian Phillips
Director
Ian joined Coastal Productions as a Director in 2001, after lengthy periods of service at both Conrad Jupiters and Marriott Surfers Paradise Resort in senior roles encompassing event management, food and beverage, and sales areas. His broad network of contacts enables him to maintain and develop strong relationships with major clients both locally and internationally.

Luke Butterworth
Operations Manager
Luke joined the Coastal Productions team in February 2007. His previous role was a Technical Director for an audiovisual and lighting production company, where he worked on events such as the Australian Tennis Open and many other high profile functions. Luke brings a strong knowledge of logistics, audiovisual, lighting and rigging systems, as well as many fresh and creative ideas to our team at Coastal Productions.

Georgia Strachan
Creative Consultant
Georgia's background in design for film, television and theme park attractions has provided her with a fresh take on producing unique event experiences for Coastal Productions clients. Her contribution has injected new, creative and innovative concepts on all events, both in Australia and overseas.

Alison Gowland
Business Development and Events Manager
Alison joined the Coastal Productions team in July 2008, after working for one of Sydney's leading decorating companies. Prior to this, she spent over 2 years at Doltone House, one of Sydney's leading venue collections, organising high profile and large scale events. Alison has also spent 8 years doing events with Sheraton, including Sheraton Mirage Gold Coast and Sheraton Central London properties.

Aisha Bradshaw
Administration/Events Coordinator
Aisha is the most recent addition to the Coastal Productions team. Her bright personality, creativity and enthusiasm for the event industry have been very welcome. With a strong administration background, Aisha provides the backbone to office operations.

Graeme Hall
Inventory Control
Graham joined Coastal Productions after moving from Melbourne, where he headed factory operations at one of the largest Myer warehouses. His organisational role is to maintain, prepare and sort the huge inventory in our warehouse.
